Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un cristal que tiene un recubrimiento calentable, que comprende un sustrato (1) y un recubrimiento calentable (2) sobre una superficie expuesta del sustrato (1), recubrimiento calentable el cual comprende al menos - una capa eléctricamente conductora (4), la cual contiene un óxido eléctricamente conductor (TCO) transparente, y tiene un espesor de 1 nm a 40 nm, y - encima de la capa eléctricamente conductora (4), una capa de barrera dieléctrica (5) para regular difusión de oxígeno, capa de barrera dieléctrica la cual contiene un metal, un nitruro o un carburo y tiene un espesor de 1 nm a 20 nm, donde el cristal tiene una transmitancia en el intervalo espectral visible de al menos 70% y el recubrimiento (2) tiene una resistencia superficial de 50 ohms/cuadrado a 200 ohms/cuadrado.
