Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un substrat (10) de face avant d'écran plasma, notamment substrat verrier transparent, comportant sur une surface principale un revêtement électrode (100) transparent apte à subir un traitement thermique à une température d'au moins 500 °C pour permettre le dépôt sus-jacent d'une couche diélectrique épaisse (400) nécessitant un tel traitement thermique, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement électrode (100) est constitué d'un empilement de couches minces comportant au moins une couche fonctionnelle métallique (40), notamment à base d'argent, et au moins deux revêtements (20, 60), lesdits revêtements comportant chacun au moins une couche diélectrique fine, ladite couche fonctionnelle (40) étant disposée entre deux revêtements (20, 60).
