Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un sustrato (30) revestido sobre una superficie (29) con una pila de capas (14) delgadas que incluye al menos una capa (140) funcional de metal, la pila incluye una capa (168) terminal, la cual es la capa de la pila que se encuentra más alejada de la superficie (29), la cual incluye al menos un metal M2, el metal es un agente reductor en un par de óxido/metal que tiene un potencial redox ?2 y la capa (168) terminal que se encuentra en el estado de metal, así como una capa (167) preterminal la cual es la capa de la pila ubicada directamente abajo y en contacto con la capa (168) terminal en la dirección de la superficie (29), la cual incluye al menos un metal M1, el metal es un oxidador en un par de óxido/metal que tiene un potencial redox ?1 y la capa (167) preterminal se encuentra al menos parcialmente en el estado oxidado, caracterizado porque el potencial redox ?1 es mayor que el potencial redox ?2.
