Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a conjugados novedosos de anticuerpo-farmaco a base de Inhibidores de Histona Desacetilasa (HDACi) particularmente con anticuerpos dirigidos a los receptores ErbB1, ErbB2 y ErbB3, composiciones farmaceuticas que comprenden dichos anticuerpos asi como su uso en el tratamiento de cancer o tumor y otras enfermedades donde una modulacion de una o mas isoformas de histona desacetilasa puede ser eficaz para intervenciones terapeuticas.
