Abstract

Un proceso continuo para la oxidación de un compuesto aromático sustituido con dialquilo con aire comprimido en un reactor de columna de burbujas, que incluye la remoción de una parte del medio de reacción de tres fases a una unidad de columna de burbujas posoxidación a la que se suministra aire comprimido, la separación del medio de reacción posoxidación en un gas de tope y una suspensión de flujo inferior, la recolección de gases de tope de los reactores de oxidación y la unidad de desgasificación y la conducción de los gases de tope combinados a una columna de eliminación de agua (WRC); la transferencia de la suspensión de flujo inferior de la unidad de desgasificación a una unidad de digestión para efectuar una oxidación adicional sin agregar aire a la unidad de digestión, la remoción de los gases de tope a la columna de eliminación de agua, la cristalización de la suspensión de oxidación final, y la filtración de la suspensión en un filtro a presión giratorio, donde una parte de la energía del gas residual de la WRC se emplea para impulsar un compresor de aire para suministrar el aire comprimido para la oxidación.
