Abstract

La invención se refiere a una prensa de estampado fino que comprende un pistón de estampado y una unidad de mostrador dispuesta en forma opuesta al pistón de estampado y que comprende una unidad de prensa para accionar el por lo menos un pistón de estampado a lo largo de una dirección de accionamiento durante una etapa del proceso de estampado fino, que comprende además un dispositivo de alimentación para alimentar un material de proceso a ser procesado en la prensa de estampado fino a una zona de proceso entre el pistón de estampado y la unidad de mostrador y que comprende por lo menos un dispositivo de manipulación para manipular el material de proceso antes de entrar a la zona de proceso y/o después de salir de la zona de proceso, en donde el por lo menos un dispositivo de manipulación comprende por lo menos una unidad de nivelación diseñada para impulsar el por lo menos un dispositivo de manipulación en la misma dirección como el pistón de estampado durante una etapa de proceso de estampado fino. La invención también se refiere a un método para manejar un material de proceso a ser procesado en una prensa de estampado fino.
