Abstract

El objetivo de la invención es preparar acetato de (9E,11Z)-9,11-hexadecadienilo con un buen rendimiento y alta pureza. La presente invención proporciona un proceso para preparar 1-haloalcadieno de la fórmula general (1): CH3-(CH2)3-CH=CH-CH=CH-(CH2)a-X, que comprende una etapa para conducir la reacción de Wittig entre un haloalquenal de la fórmula general (2): OHC-CH=CH-(CH2)a-X, y un pentiluro de triarilfosfonio de la fórmula general (3): CH3-(CH2)3-CH--P+Ar3, para obtener el 1-haloalcadieno, y el uso de un (7E,9Z)-1-halo-7,9-tetradecadieno obtenido mediante el proceso para un proceso de preparación de acetato de (9E,11Z)-9,11-hexadec adienilo.
