Abstract
Un método para fabricar hebras de poliuretano o poliuretano urea que contienen siloxano en la estructura principal de poliuretano o poliuretano urea que incluye las etapas de: (a) hacer reaccionar un macroglicol con un diisocianato para formar un prepolímero; (b) hacer reaccionar el prepolímero con una diamina para formar una solución de hilado; (c) llevar a cabo un hilado de la solución de hilado para formar hebras de poliuretano o poliuretano urea, en donde: i. un diol-polidimetilsiloxano se hace reaccionar con el macroglicol y el diisocianato en la etapa (a); ii. un diamino-polidimetilsiloxano se hace reaccionar con el prepolímero de manera previa a la reacción del prepolímero con la diamina en la etapa (b); iii. una diamina-polidimetilsiloxano se hace reaccionar al mismo tiempo que el prepolímero y la diamina en la etapa (b), y en donde las hebras de poliuretano o poliuretano urea comprenden menos o igual a 6% en peso de siloxano en función del peso de las hebras de poliuretano o poliuretano urea y las fibras elásticas elaboradas a partir de estos. Una fibra elástica que incluye dos o más hebras de poliuretano o poliuretano urea que incluyen siloxano en la estructura principal de poliuretano o poliuretano urea que están agrupadas, en donde el siloxano está presente en una cantidad mayor o igual a 0.01% y menor o igual a 4.0% en peso en función del peso de la fibra. En algunos aspectos, el siloxano está libre de radicales uretano.
