Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir un cuerpo moldeado (30) que consiste de metal, particularmente acero, y que comprende un eje (2) y una parte inferior en forma de campana (31), axialmente conectada al mismo, en la cual se realiza un contorno interno en la parte inferior (31) por formación sin corte en una región convexa, el contorno interno que consiste de conductos de bola (24) y rutas de caja (23) que son cóncavas en la dirección axial y se arreglan de una forma periféricamente alterna, para recibir cuerpos de rodamiento, las rutas de caja (23) que son más superficiales que los conductos de bola (24). El método comprende los siguientes pasos llevados a cabo de forma sucesiva: el eje (2) se forma de una pieza sin procesar redonda giratoria (3), reducir el grosor del mismo, por medio de al menos un rodillo de presión (4); la región plana de la pieza sin procesar redonda (3) que se conecta radialmente al eje (2) se prensa en segmentos de contorno (10, 11) de una primera herramienta giratoria de contorno interno, formar parcialmente el contorno interno, por medio de al menos un rodillo de presión movible de forma axial y radial (4), a fin de formar una preforma (13) de la parte inferior (31); la preforma fija (13) se prensa contra segmentos de contorno (20, 21) de una segunda herramienta de contorno interno por un troquel (16) que consiste de troqueles parciales (17), formar completamente las rutas de caja (23) y conductos de bola (24). La invención también se refiere a un dispositivo para llevar a cabo el método anteriormente mencionado.
