Abstract
Se proporciona un método para fabricar un tubo de acero con espesor de pared variable con un tubo sin tratar tubular hueco. El método para fabricar un tubo de acero con espesor de pared variable incluye bloquear el tubo sin tratar en una matriz empujando un tapón hacia el tubo sin tratar desde un lado de un extremo, para expandir una forma exterior en el lado de un extremo en un estado, donde el tubo sin tratar está dispuesto dentro de la matriz y se restringe el movimiento del tubo sin tratar en una dirección longitudinal; y realizar la embutición en la que se expande la forma interior del tubo sin tratar mientras se mantiene la forma exterior de modo que se forme una porción delgada empujando aún más el tapón hacia el lado del otro extremo del tubo sin tratar mientras se mantiene el estado bloqueado del tubo sin tratar, mientras que se relaja la restricción en el tubo sin tratar.
