Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona a una lámina de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente para ser utilizada para un miembro de estructura de carrocería de vehículo y los similares y, más específicamente, a una lámina de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia que tiene excelente calidad de superficie y soldabilidad por puntos, y a un método de manufactura para la misma. Particularmente, la presente invención se relaciona a una lámina de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia que tiene excelente calidad de superficie y soldabilidad de puntos, y a un método de manufactura para la misma, la lámina de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia que comprende una lámina de acero base y una capa galvanizada formada sobre la superficie de la lámina de acero base, que comprende, en % en peso: 0.1-0.3% de carbono (C); 0.5-2.5% de silicio (Si); 2.0-8.0% de manganeso (Mn); 0.001-0.5% de aluminio soluble (Alsol.); 0.04% o menos (excluyendo 0%) de fósforo (P); 0.015% o menos (excluyendo 0%) de azufre (S); 0.02% o menos (excluyendo 0%) de nitrógeno (N); 0.01-0.7% de cromo (Cr); (48/14) * [N] -0.1% de titanio (Ti); y un resto que es Fe e impurezas inevitables. La lámina de acero base tiene una microestructura que comprende, por fracción de área: 5-30% de ferrita; 5-20% de austenita; 50-80% de bainita y martensita; y 2% o menos (incluyendo 0%) de un precipitado, y tiene una microestructura, dentro de 2 µm, que comprende, por fracción de área, 50% o más de ferrita, 2% o menos (incluyendo 0%) de austenita, 50% o menos (incluyendo 0%) de bainita y martensita, y 2% o menos (incluyendo 0%) de un precipitado en la dirección de espesor de la superficie.
