Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a productos de bebidas listas para beber. Particularmente, la invención se refiere a un sistema de proteínas inducido por agregación controlada de proteínas de leche que imparte atributos sensoriales sobresalientes y estabilidad física mejorada del producto de bebida, particularmente, cuando contiene bajo contenido de grasa y/o bajo contenido de azúcar. Un método para producir dicha bebida y los productos obtenibles a partir del método son, además, parte de la presente invención.
