Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con la mitigación del efecto nocivo de las arcillas, que se producen o se transportan por agregados de arena, roca triturada, grava, y otros agregados utilizados en la fabricación de concreto, tras la eficiencia de dosificación de dispersantes de cemento u otras mezclas que se añaden en el hormigón. En lugar de introducir el agente de mitigación de cemento entero (CMA) en el material agregado en una cantera o tras la preparación en la planta de mezcla en una sola dosis, por adelantado, la presente invención comprende combinar al menos 51% y hasta 100%, y, de mayor preferencia, al menos 75% y hasta 100%, de la cantidad de dosis total de los CMA en una preparación de mezcla de hormigón determinada durante la porción de tránsito del suministro entre la preparación inicial en la planta de mezcla y el evento pobre en el lugar de trabajo.
