Abstract
Esta invención proporciona una lámina de acero galvanizada y recocida que incluye una capa galvanizada por inmersión en caliente aleada sobre una superficie de una lámina de acero. La composición química de la lámina de acero contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.25 a 0.70%, Si: 0.25 a 2.50%, Mn: 1.00 a 5.00%, Al: 0.005 a 3.50%, P: 0.15% o menos, S: 0.03% o menos, N = 0.02%, O = 0.01%, y como sea necesario contiene uno o más elementos seleccionados de Ti, Nb, y, Cr, Mo, Cu, Ni, B, Ca, REM, Mg, W, Zr, Sb, Sn, As, Te, Y, Hf y Co, con un balance que es de Fe e impurezas. La microestructura del acero de la lámina de acero galvanizada y recocida consiste en, en % en volumen, ? retenida: 10.0 a 60.0%, martensita revenida a alta temperatura = 5.0%, martensita revenida a baja temperatura = 5.0%, martensita fresca = 10.0%, a: 0 a 15.0%, P: 0 a 10.0%, con un balance que es de bainita. La relación de volumen total de la martensita revenida y la bainita es de 30.0% o más, la resistencia a la tensión es de 1470 MPa o más, el producto de la resistencia a la tensión y la elongación uniforme es de 13000% en MPa o más, y el producto de la resistencia a la tensión y la elongación locales de 5000% en MPa o más.
