Abstract
Se proporciona una hoja de acero galvanizada y recocida que tiene alta resistencia y excelente capacidad de embutición profunda y es además excelente en la resistencia al agrietamiento del lingote y en la resistencia a la fragilidad de trabajo secundaria en el trabajo. Una hoja de acero de metal base de la hoja de acero galvanizada y recocida según la presente invención tiene una composición química que contiene, en % en masa: C: 0.0080% o menos; Si: 0.7% o menos; Mn: 1.0 a 2.5%; P: más de 0.030 a 0.048%; S: 0.025% o menos; Al: 0.005 a 0.20%; N: 0.010% o menos; Ti: 0.005 a 0.040%; Nb: 0.005 a 0.060%; y B: 0.0005 a 0.0030%, con el resto siendo Fe e impurezas, la composición química que satisface de la fórmula (1) a fórmula (4). Una capa galvanizada y recocida contiene 7 a 15 % en masa de Fe. 25 x P + 4 x Si = 3.6 (1) B - X1 = 0.0005 (2) C - (12/93) x Nb - X2 = -0.0035 (3) 110 x Si + 48 x Mn + 550 x P = 120 (4).
