Abstract
La presente invención proporciona polipéptidos biespecíficos, tales como anticuerpos biespecíficos, que comprenden un primer dominio de fijación capaz de fijarse específicamente a una primera diana de linfocito T, y un segundo dominio de fijación capaz de fijarse específicamente a una segunda diana de linfocito T, en donde la primera y segunda dianas de linfocitos T son dianas diferentes. La invención también proporciona composiciones de dichos polipéptidos biespecíficos, al igual que métodos y usos de estas. La primera y/o segunda dianas de linfocitos T se pueden seleccionar del grupo que consiste en OX40, CTLA-4, CD137, CD27, GITR y CD28.
