La lámina de acero para tapas corona tiene una composición que contiene C: 0.0010% a menor que 0.0050%, Si: 0.10% o inferior, Mn: 0.05% a menor que 0.50%, P: 0.050% o inferior, S: 0.050% o inferior, Al: mayor que 0.002% a menor que 0.070%, N: menor que 0.0040%, y B: 0.0005% a 0.0020% en una base masiva, el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, y también tiene un límite elástico de 500 MPa o más en una dirección de laminación, un valor Lankford promedio (r) de 1.1 o más, y una anisotropía en plano (?r) de valor Lankford de -0.3 a 0.3.
