Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para mejorar la reproducción en plantas dioicas, preferentemente plantas Asparagus, que comprende proporcionar una planta en la que la expresión funcional del supresor dominante del desarrollo de gineceo se interrumpe o reduce y se introduce la planta en técnicas de endogamia, reproducción de retrocruzamiento, reproducción de retrocruzamiento recurrente o técnicas de reproducción de haploide duplicado.
