Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de detección que se realiza usando un electrodo que comprende un sustrato de electrodo funcionalizado con elementos de detección. El método implica realizar espectroscopia de impedancia electroquímica a una pluralidad de voltajes aplicados y luego integrar los datos de medición como una función del voltaje. También se proporciona un aparato para realizar el método de detección. El método y aparato son adecuados para una amplia gama de aplicaciones de detección, incluyendo la detección de biomarcadores de diagnóstico, detección de fármacos, desarrollo de sistemas de glicomatriz y detección de parámetros ambientales tales como la intensidad de la luz, temperatura y humedad.
