Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um sensor de gás 10, em que o sensor de gás 10 apresenta um canal de medição 11 com uma entrada de gás 12 e uma saída de gás 13, pelo menos uma camada do receptor 20, um eletrodo de referência 30 e um dispositivo de avaliação 50 controlado por tensão, em que o eletrodo de referência 30 é acoplado de forma capacitativa com a camada do receptor 20, sendo que o eletrodo de referência 30 está ligado ao dispositivo de avaliação 50 de forma eletricamente condutora, em que a camada do receptor 20 é formada no canal de medição 11, em que o canal de medição 11 forma uma camada dielétrica entre a camada do receptor 20 e o eletrodo de referência 30 e em que a camada do receptor 20 apresenta um suporte 21 e uma camada de ligação de analito 22. a invenção prevê, nesse caso, que a camada de ligação de analito 22 é uma camada monomolecular de automontagem (sam).
