Abstract
La invención de la presente solicitud proporciona un rodillo de solera para hornos de tratamiento térmico, el cual tiene excelente resistencia al abombamiento, tiene una película de revestimiento por aspersión térmica libre de cromo hexavalente formada en la superficie de rodillo y es seguro para el medio ambiente. [Solución] Un método para fabricar un rodillo de solera para hornos de recocido continuo, el método comprende: una primera etapa para aplicar una solución acuosa que contiene fosfato de cromo sobre una película de revestimiento por aspersión térmica formada sobre una superficie de rodillo de un rodillo de solera o impregnar la película de revestimiento por aspersión térmica con la solución acuosa; y una segunda etapa para quemar el rodillo de solera.
