Abstract

Problema: Proporcionar un miembro de deslizamiento recubierto que hace más fácil el pulido de una superficie de película de recubrimiento en casos en donde un carbono de tipo diamante que no contiene hidrógeno se forma sobre la superficie de un material base de manera de tener un grosor de 3 µm o más, y que logra una baja fricción y resistencia al desgaste en un ambiente en donde el miembro de deslizamiento recubierto está en contacto con un aceite lubricante. Solución: Se describe un miembro de deslizamiento recubierto 10 para uso bajo un ambiente donde está en contacto con aceite lubricante, que comprende: un material base 12; y una primera capa dura de carbono 14 que tiene un grosor de 3 µm o más formada en una superficie del material base por un método de arco al vacío usando carbono y que se forma de carbono tipo diamante, que se configura solamente de carbono y que sustancialmente no contiene hidrógeno, y una segunda capa dura de carbono 15 formada directamente en la superficie de la primera capa dura de carbono por un método de arco al vacío usando carbono y que se forma de carbono tipo diamante, que sustancialmente no contiene hidrógeno y está configurada sólo de carbono y nitrógeno. El grosor de la película de la segunda capa dura de carbono es de 3 hasta 35% del grosor de la película de la primera capa dura de carbono.
