Abstract

La presente patente de invencion se presenta como un proceso para produccion de piezas estampadas realizado a partir de conjuntos de chapas (1), un primer robot de manipulacion (2), un equipo de calentamiento (3) con unidad de enfriamiento liquido (4), un segundo robot de manipulacion (4), una prensa hidraulica (5) con herramienta especifica de moldeo, un tercer robot de manipulacion (6) y una cinta transportadora (8), comandados por una unidad de control electronico. Dicha herramienta especifica de estampado esta provista de canales para refrigeracion por intercambio de calor, via circulacion de agua, donde se controla la tasa de enfriamiento por medio del control de salida y temperatura del liquido.
