Abstract
Un proceso para producción de piezas estampadas realizado a partir de conjuntos de chapas (1), un primer robot de manipulación (2), un equipo de calentamiento (3) con unidad de enfriamiento líquido (4), un segundo robot de manipulación (4), una prensa hidráulica (5) con herramienta específica de moldeo, un tercer robot de manipulación (6), una cinta transportadora (8), comandados por una unidad de control electrónico. Dicha herramienta de estampado está provista de canales para refrigeración por intercambio de calor, vía circulación de agua, donde se controla la tasa de enfriamiento por medio del control de salida y temperatura del líquido.
