Abstract

本发明公开了一种夹片冷却机构,为一条状铝板,铝板内部加工有连通的通道,通道与外部循环水管道连接,在铝条内部形成水循环。本发明的夹片冷却机构设置在加热区的两侧边沿位置,通过夹片冷却机构内的循环冷却水,对经过该位置的片材的两侧边进行冷却,减少加热时对片材侧边的变形影响,片材侧边的变形量减少后,则通过侧边带动片材运动时其运动位移量的控制更精确,从而保证了对片材移动量的精确控制。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹片冷却机构,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
吸塑机中,由加热区的电加热炉对热可塑性塑料片材进行加热,片材加热区至符合成型的温度时,进行拉片,使片材在传送机构的带动下走出加热区域,进入成型动作。对片材加热时,位于侧边的片材也必然受传递的热量影响产生少量变形,使得侧边的片材由链条带动运动时产生位置误差,影响后续成型时的精度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种夹片冷却机构,可对加热区的片材侧边进行冷却,减少加热对其的变形影响,从而降低其运动时的误差。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种夹片冷却机构,其特征是,为一条状铝板,铝板内部加工有连通的通道,通道与外部循环水管道连接,在铝条内部形成水循环。
在所述铝条的侧面加工多个孔,并沿所述孔继续向内延伸形成内部多条贯通的通道。
所述孔中除预留出与外部循环水管道连接的接口外,其余的孔均填充密闭。
在所述铝板的边位置还设置多个安装孔,通过所述安装孔将铝板固定在吸塑机加热区的片材运动方向的两侧边沿位置。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明的夹片冷却机构设置在加热区的两侧边沿位置,通过夹片冷却机构内的循环冷却水,对经过该位置的片材的两侧边进行冷却,减少加热时对片材侧边的变形影响,片材侧边的变形量减少后,则通过侧边带动片材运动时其运动位移量的控制更精确,从而保证了对片材移动量的精确控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的夹片冷却机构为一长条状的铝条1,内部加工有连通的通道12,通道12与外部循环水管道连接,可以在铝条内部形成水循环。夹片冷却机构加工时,分别沿铝条的侧面向内加工多个孔11,并沿所加工的孔11继续向内加工形成内部多条贯通的通道12,然后预留出与外部循环水管道连接的接口,再将其余所加工的孔填充密闭,以避免内部循环水泄露。在铝条1的边沿避开孔11及通道12的位置还设置多个安装孔2,通过安装孔2将铝条1固定在加热区的片材运动方向的两侧边沿位置,通过铝条1内部通道中的循环水,对经过该位置的片材的两侧侧边进行循环水冷却,从而减少加热时对片材侧边的变形影响。

Claims (4)

1.一种夹片冷却机构,其特征是,为一条状铝板,铝板内部加工有连通的通道,通道与外部循环水管道连接,在铝条内部形成水循环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹片冷却机构,其特征是,在所述铝条的侧面加工多个孔,并沿所述孔继续向内延伸形成内部多条贯通的通道。
3.根据权利要求2所述的夹片冷却机构,其特征是,所述孔中除预留出与外部循环水管道连接的接口外,其余的孔均填充密闭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的夹片冷却机构,其特征是,在所述铝板的边位置还设置多个安装孔,通过所述安装孔将铝板固定在吸塑机加热区的片材运动方向的两侧边沿位置。
