Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于制造具有齿排的调节机动车座椅用的构件的方法。本发明的目的是提供一种方法,利用其来消除现有技术的缺点。该目的由此来实现,即齿排(2)被预切削到粗轮廓上且接下来被加热且在该状态中在压模中被带到最终轮廓上,或者构件(1)的在其中应构造齿排的区域(1.2)被加热且接下来在该状态中在冲模中被最终切削。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造具有齿排(Zahnreihe)的调节机动车座椅用的构件的方法。
背景技术
这样的构件是精密构件,其通过精密切削以及接下来借助于热处理而硬化来制造。该当前的制造方法的缺点尤其在于,通过成型过程在成品中产生较大的固有应力,其在热处理之后导致构件的不受控制的尺寸偏差。此外,由于这两个严重分离的制造过程-精密切削和热处理-需要提高的物流耗费,其引起较高的制造总成本。此外不利的是在该制造中产生的冲压收缩(Stanzeinzug),其导致承载力的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方法,利用其来消除这些缺点。
该目的根据本发明利用一种具有权利要求1的特征的方法来实现。
通过根据本发明的方法可消除前面提到的缺点。尤其可通过齿排的切削和直接成型(压印)使在该区域中由于材料流的冲压收缩减小到最小。另外的优点可在于能干减小构件的尺寸偏差。此外,通过根据本发明的方法可比在精密冲压时覆盖更大的部件范围(Teilespektrum),因为精密冲压受自动冲压机尺寸限制。
在本发明的有利的设计方案中构件在顺序复合过程(Folgeverbundprozess)中由卷圈(Coil)制造完成,也就是说,构件就地被制造完成。由此取消根据现有技术必需的物流耗费,这导致成本下降。

具体实施方式
利用根据本发明的方法来制造构件1,其用于机动车座椅的高度调节。其具有齿排2,在未示出的安装状态中小齿轮与齿排啮合,通过小齿轮的驱动来引起构件1的调整运动。
接下来说明两个方法变体。在两个方法变体中将带3从未示出的卷圈拉出且输送给各个工序。
在第一方法变体中将构件1在顺序复合过程中逐步地切削和成型。其在齿排2的制造之前具有大约匙形,其带有柄区域1.1和一件式地接着的更宽的功能区域1.2。在功能区域1.2中通过切削和成型使齿排2构造有粗轮廓,然而其还具有一定的尺寸不足(Untermass)或预留尺寸(Vorhaltemass)。该区域然后在图2中所示的工具4中被感应加热且在压印冲头(Praegestempel)5与型模(Matrize)6之间被压印到齿排2的最终轮廓上。在此,材料流动到缺陷部位中,使得冲压收缩在该区域中被减小到最小。在该阶段(其在根据图1的条带图中以A表示)中,同时也实现将热的构件1冷却到一定的温度上用于组织转变。在使该构件在最后的校正阶段成型到最终几何结构上且从带3处分离成成品之前,接下来的方法阶段设置用于构件1的进一步冷却。
在第二方法变体中也将构件1在连续复合过程中逐步地切削和成型。然而在此不制造齿排2的毛坯形状(Rohform),而是将构件1的功能区域1.2感应加热。然后在下一方法阶段中将齿排2切削到最终尺寸上。在该阶段(其在根据图1的条带图中以B表示)中,同时也实现热的构件的冷却。图3图解地示出用于执行该方法阶段的工具7。构件1以加热的功能区域1.2被夹紧在工具下部件8与剪切冲头9之间。然后使剪切冲头9向下压靠工具下部件8,由此切削出齿排2的最终轮廓。在剪切冲头9中可轴向移动地支承有抛出器(Auswerfer)10,其将切削完成的构件1从剪切冲头9中压出。在该过程中位于工具下部件8上的待被移除的冲压废料1.3累积。
接下来的方法阶段如在第一方法变体中那样设置用于构件1的进一步冷却。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于制造具有齿排的调节机动车座椅用的构件的方法,其特征在于,所述齿排(2)被预切削到粗轮廓上且接下来被加热且在该状态中在压模(4)中被带到最终轮廓上,或者其特征在于,所述构件(1)的在其中应构造所述齿排(2)的区域(1.2)被加热且接下来在该状态中在冲模(7)中被最终切削。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述构件在顺序复合过程中由卷圈制造完成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述加热感应地实现。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述构件(1)在所述齿排(2)构造到最终轮廓之后在多个阶段中被冷却。
