Abstract

Cuando la unidad para descarga del gas (37) descarga un gas dentro la cámara de deposición tridimensional (2) y la unidad para la introducción del gas (38) introduce un gas predeterminado en su interior, se forma una atmósfera de gas predeterminado dentro de la cámara de deposición tridimensional.
