Abstract
Este intercambiador de calor de tipo placa que asegura permeabilidad al aire se puede producir con facilidad al realizar una unión por difusión en fase sólida sin utilizar un material de soldadura con latón en por lo menos parte de la unión de las superficies de extremo lateral de los componentes de tipo placa que constituyen un intercambiador de calor de tipo placa, y la unión de un canal a los componentes de tipo placa superiores e inferiores; la presente invención implica: un componente de tipo placa rectangular que constituye la cubierta del intercambiador de calor que es un componente de tipo caja proporcionado con una sección de pared vertical a lo largo de su borde periférico; los componentes de tipo caja (1, 2) que tienen la misma forma se configuran en una forma de manera que la orientación de la superficie horizontal de uno de los componentes de tipo caja se invierta; superponer los componentes de tipo caja (1, 2) en orden; acoplar la sección superior de la sección de pared vertical del componentes de capa inferior con la sección inferior de la sección de pared vertical del componente de capa superior; ajustar el ángulo (?) de la sección de pared vertical a ?=30°; y realizar la unión por difusión en fase sólida en por lo menos parte del sitio de contacto entre la sección de pared vertical del componente de capa superior y la sección de pared vertical del componente de capa inferior.
