Abstract

La presente descripción se relaciona con un tipo de composiciones de copolímero de polipropileno de impacto (ICP) que presentan la combinación ventajosa de un excelente desempeño marcado atigrado (flujo) en largas/grandes partes moldeadas, conteo muy bajo de geles y fluidez de moldeado excepcional (alto MFR) a pesar del alto índice de viscosidad (por ejemplo, >4) entre las fases de matriz a base de caucho y de propileno; además, se ha descubierto sorprendentemente que las composiciones inventivas están relacionadas con un bajo conteo de geles incluso cuando se utiliza una pantalla de cable de malla un tanto burda, por ejemplo, pantalla de cable de malla 60), independientemente del tipo del atornillado, por ejemplo atornillado gemelo o individual; por último, las composiciones inventivas presentan niveles significativamente reducidos de elementos volátiles y un excelente equilibrio entre rigidez e impacto utilizados como materiales autónomos o en compuestos rellenos; el número significativamente reducido de grandes geles da lugar a una excelente apariencia y capacidad de pintado de la superficie de las partes moldeadas; la composición proceso y simplicidad de la estructura de la composición.
