Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un producto de varias capas que comprende al menos una capa de un soporte de espuma (S) a base de acrilato; y una formulación polimérica polifásica (P) aplicada sobre esta capa; en donde la formulación polimérica polifásica (P) comprende: un copolímero peine (A) que se puede obtener mediante la polimerización de al menos un monómero de (met) acrilato en la presencia de al menos un macrómero, seleccionado del grupo que consta de macrómeros polimerizables de etileno-butileno, etileno-propileno, etileno-butileno-propileno e isobutileno, y que forma una fase acrílica continua y una fase de hidrocarburo discontinua Kw; y al menos un componente de hidrocarburo (B) soluble en la fase de hidrocarburo Kw del copolímero peine (A), siendo que el al menos un componente de hidrocarburo comprende al menos una resina blanda y al menos una resina sólida; en donde la formulación polimérica polifásica (P) tiene una fase acrílica continua que tiene una temperatura de transición a vidrio estática Tg(Ac), medida de acuerdo al método DSC, y una fase de hidrocarburo discontinua Kw1 que contiene el componente de hidrocarburo (B) y que tiene una temperatura de transición a vidrio estática Tg(Kw1), medida de acuerdo al método DSC, y siendo que Tg(Kw) es más alta que Tg(Ac) por 35 a 60 Kelvin (-238.15°C a -213.15°C), preferiblemente por 40 a 60 Kelvin (-233.15°C a -213.15°C), más preferiblemente por 45 a 60 Kelvin (-228.15°C a -213.15°C). La invención se refiere además a un método para producir un producto de varias capas, a una cinta adhesiva que comprende el producto de varias capas, y al uso del producto de varias capas para unir adhesivamente objetos.
