Abstract
Se proporciona un atomizador ultrasónico capaz de mantener una temperatura constante de una unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica mediante la disminución de una temperatura en la periferia de la unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica, incluso en un entorno en el que la unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica está expuesta a una temperatura elevada. El atomizador ultrasónico incluye: una unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica que genera ondas ultrasónicas y atomizar un material de rocío; una unidad de boquilla que incluye una trayectoria de flujo de rocío en la que el material de rocío se mueve a lo largo de un eje central que penetra en un centro de la unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica, e incluye una punta de boquilla que se suministra con el material de rocío desde un extremo de la trayectoria de flujo de rocío, y rocía el material de rocío desde el otro extremo de la trayectoria de flujo de rocío; una unidad de intercambio de calor que rodea la unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica y enfría el calor generado desde la unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica; y un alojamiento que rodea la unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica y la unidad de intercambio de calor, y tiene pluralidad de cámaras de intercambio de calor en el mismo, en el que una pluralidad de cámaras de intercambio de calor incluye: una cámara de vórtice que está colocada en el alojamiento en la periferia de la unidad de generación de vibración ultrasónica y guía un flujo de vórtice; y una cámara de aislamiento térmico que rodea la cámara de vórtice y tiene una pared de separación que se apoya en la cámara de vórtice, e incluye un espacio de aislamiento térmico interno.
