Abstract

Una estructura de edificación en una configuración con estabilizador que tiene un núcleo de edificación, al menos una columna perimetral y al menos una viga estabilizadora con una parte de cuerpo principal conectada al núcleo de la edificación, una parte terminal distal del núcleo de la edificación en el sentido de la o las columnas perimetrales y una parte de paleta que se extiende desde la parte terminal. Al menos un amortiguador con un recipiente de fluido de alta viscosidad conectado se conecta a la o las columnas perimetrales y la parte de paleta se extiende hacia el interior del recipiente de fluido de alta viscosidad para acoplar el núcleo de la edificación a la o las columnas perimetrales, de forma que cuando la estructura de la edificación se someta a cargas laterales y el núcleo de la edificación se desplaza con respecto a la o las columnas perimetrales, el fluido de alta viscosidad en el recipiente de fluido de alta viscosidad se cizalle mediante la paleta para amortiguar las vibraciones y brindar acoplamiento en la estructura de la edificación.
