Abstract

Se proporciona un dispositivo de medición de la densidad aparente, que mide la densidad aparente de las partículas pre-expandidas, el dispositivo incluye un recipiente A en el que las partículas pre-expandidas contraídas son capaces de ser hinchadas y recuperadas de la contracción en un estado de presión reducida donde una presión interna del recipiente es inferior a la presión atmosférica; un recipiente B que se llena con las partículas pre-expandidas después de ser hinchadas en el recipiente A en el estado de presión reducida, donde una presión interna del recipiente es menor que la presión atmosférica, y en el que las partículas pre-expandidas de un volumen constante son capaz de ser recolectadas de forma fraccional; una unidad reductora de la presión 8, que es capaz de ajustar las presiones internas de los recipientes A y B para que sean inferiores a la presión atmosférica; y una escala 6, que es capaz de medir un peso de las partículas pre-expandidas vertidas en el recipiente 3, y un método de medición usando el dispositivo. Con el dispositivo de medición de la densidad aparente y el método de medición, la densidad aparente original de las partículas pre-expandidas que son fáciles de contraer inmediatamente después de la fabricación se puede medir de forma estable durante un corto período de tiempo y un resultado de la medición puede ser inmediatamente retroalimentado a las condiciones de operación en la producción posterior.
