Abstract
Se reporta en la presente un método para la producción recombinante de un polipéptido en E. coli que comprende las etapas de i) cultivar E. coli deficiente en NADH deshidrogenasa II que expresa el polipéotido y ii) recuperar el polipéptido a partir de la célula o el medio de cultivo.
