Abstract

Un producto que contiene fructósido se fabrica a partir de una materia prima rica en glucosa, en un procedimiento en donde se isomeriza glucosa en fructosa poniendo en contacto la materia prima rica en glucosa con un catalizador de isomerización básico en un medio alcohólico a una temperatura de al menos 75 °C, para producir un producto que contiene fructosa; y en donde al menos parte del producto que contiene fructosa obtenido del mismo se hace reaccionar con un alcohol en presencia de un catalizador ácido para producir un producto que contiene fructósido.
