Abstract

Se proporciona un intercambiador de calor y un miembro de aleta para el intercambiador de calor que puede suprimir la aparición de corrosión hueca en una aleta y mantiene el desempeño de enfriamiento durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado bajo un ambiente de corrosión alta. El intercambiador de calor incluye un tubo de aluminio a través del cual circula un fluido de trabajo y una aleta de aluminio la cual se une metálicamente al tubo. La aleta tiene una región B alrededor de un límite de grano y una región A alrededor de la región B. En la región B, 5.0x104 piezas/mm2 menos del compuesto intermetálico basado en Al-Fe-Mn-Si, cada una de las cuales tiene diámetros de círculo equivalentes de 0.1 a 2.5 µm, y en la región A, de 5.0x104 piezas/mm2 a 1.0x107 piezas/mm2 del compuesto intermetálico basado en Al-Fe-Mn-Si, cada una de las cuales tiene diámetros de círculo equivalentes de 0.1 a 2.5 µm.
