Abstract
Un sistema para suministro "inteligente" de un agente terapéutico, profiláctico o de diagnóstico, tal como el suministro de insulina mediado por glucosa a través de una nano-red inyectable que consiste de nanopartículas de dextrano opuestamente cargas que encapsulan insulina y enzimas específicas de glucosa que forman un estructura 3D similar al gel. Como se demuestra por los ejemplos, el sistema efectivamente se disocia para liberar insulina en una condición hiperglucémica, donde se facilitan la conversión catalítica de glucosa en ácido glucónico y la degradación subsecuente de la matriz polimérica. Este diseño de formulación proporciona una estrategia de suministro para el manejo de diabetes tanto auto- regulado como a largo plazo.
