Abstract
La invención se refiere a materiales de moldeo termoplásticos a base de acrilonitrilo-butadieno-estireno, que comprende una matriz de polímero-SAN y un copolímero de injerto, estructurado a partir de una base de hule de injerto-aglomerada y una cubierta de injerto SAN. La base del sustrato de injerto tiene una distribución de tamaño de partícula bimodal de una fracción x) de partículas no aglomeradas que tienen valor de d50 en el intervalo de 80 a 120 nm y una fracción y) de partículas aglomeradas que tienen un valor d50 en el intervalo de 350-550 nm y una polidispersidad U de menos de 0.28. La invención se refiere además a un proceso para producir el copolímero de injerto, en el que un copolímero de acrilato que tiene una polidispersidad U de menos de 0.27 y un valor de d50 de 100 a 150 nm se utiliza para la aglomeración. La invención se refiere además al uso de materiales de moldeo termoplásticos para la producción de partes moldeadas.
