Abstract

Un método para fabricar un artículo óptico que comprende los siguientes pasos: - proporcionar un sustrato con dos caras principales y que contiene funciones -OH sobre al menos una de sus caras, - exponer sucesivamente, por este orden, una cara del sustrato que contiene funciones -OH a al menos 3 materiales distintos denominados M1, M2, M3 y opcionalmente al material M4 en una cámara de vacío en condiciones que den como resultado el depósito de estos materiales sobre la superficie del sustrato, y donde: - M1 es un silano sustituido que comprende al menos una función X1 unida directamente a un átomo de Si del silano sustituido, donde el grupo Si-X1 es capaz de formar un enlace covalente con un grupo OH del sustrato, siendo X1 preferentemente un grupo hidrolizable (tal como un grupo -NH2) o un grupo -OH unido directamente al átomo de silicio y que comprende al menos un grupo que contiene flúor, - M2 es un silano sustituido con un peso molecular medio numérico inferior o igual a 900 g/mol que comprende al menos una función X2 unida directamente a un átomo de silicio de dicho silano sustituido, donde el grupo Si-X2 es capaz de formar un enlace covalente con un grupo -OH del sustrato y/o un enlace covalente con M1, siendo X2 preferentemente un grupo hidrolizable (tal como un grupo -NH2) o un grupo -OH y al menos un grupo hidrófobo u oleófobo, o al menos un grupo hidrófilo, - donde M1 presenta un peso molecular medio ponderal superior al de M2 y la diferencia entre los pesos moleculares medios ponderales de M1 y M2 es igual o superior a 600 g/mol, preferentemente igual o superior a 900 g/mol, - M3 es un fluoruro metálico, - el material M4 opcional es un hidróxido metálico u óxido metálico no fluorado.
