Abstract
Un proceso para la fabricación de una película densa, donde dicho proceso comprende los siguientes pasos y preferiblemente consiste en los mismos: (a) proveer una composición sólida [composición (C)] que comprende, y que preferiblemente consiste en: - por lo menos un fluoropolímero de fluoruro de vinilideno (VDF) que comprende uno o más grupos funcionales terminales ácido carboxílico [polímero (F)], - por lo menos un poli(óxido de alquileno) (PAO) de fórmula (I) HO- (CH2CHRAO) n-RB (I) donde RA es un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo C1-C5 alquilo, RB es un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alquilo -CH3 y n es un número entero comprendido entre 2000 y 40000, preferiblemente entre 4000 y 35000, más preferiblemente entre 11500 y 30000, y - opcionalmente, por lo menos una carga inorgánica [carga (I)]; y (b) tratar dicha composición (C) en fase fundida para proveer de esa manera una película densa con un espesor de entre 5 µm y 30 µm. También, la película densa provista por dicho proceso y el uso de dicha película densa como separador denso en dispositivos electroquímicos.
