Abstract

Se proporcionan métodos para conformar una ventanilla y un componente de moldeo por inyección, un riel de guía, una ventanilla, una puerta para vehículo y un vehículo. El riel de guía tiene una parte de extensión. La parte de extensión tiene una ranura con su abertura dispuesta en una superficie de la parte de extensión. Una parte de protuberancia fabricada de plástico se dispone en la superficie de la parte de extensión, la cual rodea la ranura. Cuando el primer molde se presiona contra el segundo molde, el segundo molde se presiona en la superficie de la parte de extensión y la parte de protuberancia. La parte de protuberancia podría deformarse bajo la fuerza, lo cual provoca que el segundo molde se contacte de forma cercana con la parte de extensión, y evita que se genere un espacio en la ranura entre el segundo molde y la parte de extensión. Cuando la presión de inyección es grande, el riel de guía puede empujarse hacia abajo. De esta manera, la parte de protuberancia se somete a una presión menor que la presión de inyección desde el segundo molde. Como resultado, la parte de protuberancia deformada puede recuperar la deformación a lo largo de una dirección opuesta al riel de guía empujándose hacia abajo, lo cual hace que el segundo molde haga contacto de forma cercana con la parte de extensión, y evita que se genere un espacio en la ranura entre el segundo molde y la parte de extensión, evitando de esta manera estructuras de desbordamiento de adhesivo en la ranura.
