Abstract

Un método para clasificar y controlar la calidad de productos alimenticios dinámicos que cambian en los pasos del procesamiento, el método se lleva a cabo con un análisis de imagen. Una imagen de una pluralidad de productos alimenticios en movimiento en un sistema transportador es capturada por un equipo de visión en línea y el análisis de imagen se lleva a cabo en la imagen a través de un algoritmo que determina el porcentaje de pixeles que tienen intensidades variables de colores y aplica las preferencias predeterminadas para predecir la falta de satisfacción del consumidor. El grupo completo de productos alimenticios de una o más imágenes es otorgado con una marca de apariencia giratoria y cada producto alimenticio individual también se marca, de modo que cada uno se puede clasificar del menos al más aceptable. Los productos alimenticios clasificados pueden entonces expulsarse con orden de peor clasificación a mejor clasificación para incrementar la marca de calidad general del grupo completo.
