Claims (18)
- 複数の移動中の食品の品質をスコア付け及び制御するための方法であって、前記方法は、
複数の移動中の食品の画像を捕捉するステップと、
前記画像に対して画像解析を実行するステップであって、前記画像を複数のピクセルにピクセル化することと、前記各ピクセルの色強度値を特定することと、後続するスコア付けステップのために各ピクセルを少なくとも2つの色に分類することと、を含む、前記画像解析を実行するステップと、
前記色の色合いの割合値、前記食品の認識される欠陥、又は前記食品の認識される欠陥の相対面積に基づいて、前記複数の移動中の食品をグループとしてスコア付けるステップであって、それにより、全体の計算されたグループ外観スコアを取得する、ステップと、
個々の食品に適用される画像解析に基づいて、個々の各食品をスコア付けるステップであって、それにより、複数の個々の製品スコアを取得する、ステップと、
個々の製品スコアに従って前記個々の食品のそれぞれをランク付けするステップと、
品質閾値に基づいて前記個々の食品の1つ又は複数を駆出するステップであって、それにより、前記グループ外観スコアを改善する、ステップと、
を含み、前記駆出するステップにおいて、最悪の製品スコアを有する個々の食品が最初に駆出される、方法。 - 前記駆出するステップは、個々にスコア付けられた食品を拒絶する信号を下流のソート機器に送信することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記品質閾値は、部分的に前記グループ外観スコアに基づいて変更される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記捕捉するステップは、前記複数の移動中の食品の複数の画像を順次捕捉することと、前記画像解析を実行する前に、前記複数の画像を一緒に結合することとを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は可視スペクトルで捕捉される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は近赤外線スペクトルで捕捉される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は紫外線スペクトルで捕捉される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は、紫外線スペクトルと可視スペクトルとの間の蛍光を使用して捕捉される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は、可視スペクトルと近赤外線スペクトルとの間の蛍光を使用して捕捉される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 各ピクセルを、各色の異なるレベルの強度を表す2つ以上のサブクラスに分類することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピクセルは、様々な強度の赤、緑、及び青を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピクセルを分類することは、複数の背景ピクセルを特定することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 動的食品製造システムにおける欠陥を監視するための装置であって、前記装置は、
画像捕捉装置と、
その内部にプログラムされたアルゴリズムを備える中央演算処理装置であって、前記アルゴリズムのベースは、前記食品内の欠陥を示す色の視覚的認識と、全体の計算されたグループ外観スコアと、に基づいて定量化される閾値を含み、かつ前記食品内の欠陥を示す色は可視スペクトルにある予め決定された色である、中央演算処理装置と、
を備える、装置。 - 前記ベースは、欠陥を含む面積と食べ物の面積との比率を更に含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記ベースは、各ピクセルの色強度値を特定することを更に含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記画像捕捉装置は、カメラである、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記中央演算処理装置は、前記画像捕捉装置によって捕捉される画像をピクセル化するように更に動作可能である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- ソート装置を更に備え、前記ソート装置は前記中央演算処理装置と通信する、請求項13に記載の装置。
