Abstract

Un método para clasificar y controlar la calidad de productos alimenticios dinámicos que cambian en los pasos del procesamiento, el método se lleva a cabo con un análisis de imagen. Una imagen de una pluralidad de productos alimenticios en movimiento en un sistema transportador es capturada por un equipo de visión en línea y el análisis de imagen se lleva a cabo en la imagen a través de un algoritmo que determina el porcentaje de pixeles que tienen intensidades variables de colores y aplica las preferencias predeterminadas para predecir la falta de satisfacción del consumidor. El grupo completo de productos alimenticios de una o más imágenes es otorgado con una marca de apariencia giratoria y cada producto alimenticio individual también se marca, de modo que cada uno se puede clasificar del menos al más aceptable.
