Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un kit de prueba (1) para un dispositivo de medición fotométrica, comprendiendo un recipiente mezclador (2) que tiene una abertura de llenado (3) y comprendiendo un recipiente dosificador (8) que puede insertarse con función obturador en la abertura de llenado (3) del recipiente mezclador (2) y que contiene un reactivo líquido (13) en una cavidad (9) cerrada. La cavidad (9) tiene en un primer extremo del recipiente dosificador (8) un émbolo de cierre (11) que puede desplazarse axialmente en la cavidad (9), el émbolo de cierre referido generando una presión de llenado definible en el reactivo (13), y el recipiente dosificador (8) tiene una membrana de cierre (10) en un segundo extremo del recipiente dosificador que se puede insertar en el recipiente mezclador (2). De acuerdo a la invención la membrana de cierre (10) está equipada con un punto de ruptura (20) teórico que se rompe en un rebasamiento definido de la presión de llenado a causa de un desplazamiento axial del émbolo de cierre (11), el punto de ruptura teórico (20) de la membrana de cierre (10) siendo formado como adelgazamiento del material con extensión lineal de la membrana de cierre (10), el adelgazamiento siendo dispuesto en forma excéntrica en la región de una abertura (24) en la base (23) del recipiente dosificador (8) esencialmente cilíndrico.
