Claims (14)
1. Ispitni komplet (1) za fotometrijski mjerni uređaj, koji obuhvaća spremnik za miješanje (2) koji ima otvor za punjenje (3), kao i spremnik za doziranje (8) koji se može zabrtvljeno umetnuti u otvor za punjenje (3) spremnika za miješanje (2), te koji obuhvaća tekući reagens (13) u zatvorenoj šupljini (9), pri čemu šupljina (9) obuhvaća zaporni čep (11) na prvom kraju spremnika za doziranje (8), gdje se zaporni čep može aksijalno pomicati po šupljini (9), pri čemu zaporni čep generira predodredivi pritisak punjenja u reagensu (13), a spremnik za doziranje (8) obuhvaća zapornu membranu (10) na svojem drugom kraju koji se može umetnuti u spremnik za miješanje (2), naznačen time, da je zaporna membrana (10) opremljena s predodređenom točkom pucanja (20), gdje se membrana probija kada se tlak punjenja definirano premašuje, što se aktivira aksijalnim pomicanjem zapornog čepa (11), dok je predodređena točka pucanja (20) zaporne membrane (10), izvedena kao linearno protezajuće suženje materijala zaporne membrane (10), pri čemu je to suženje raspoređeno ekscentrično u području otvora (24) na dnu (23) uglavnom cilindričnog spremnika za doziranje (8).
2. Ispitni komplet (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se zaporna membrana (10) injektira, poželjno putem 2K-tehnologije injektiranja odljevaka, na onom kraju spremnika za doziranje (8) koji se može umetnuti u spremnik za miješanje (2).
3. Ispitni komplet (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da se tlak od pritiskanja punjenja u šupljini (9) spremnika za doziranje (8) nalazi u rasponu od < 2 bara, dok se tlak sile pucanja na predodređenoj točki pucanja (20) zaporne membrane (10), nalazi u rasponu od > 3 bara.
4. Ispitni komplet (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da zaporna membrana (10) obuhvaća sužavajuće oblikovan, izveden u obliku lijevka, integralno priključen odsječak (25) koji vodi dalje od spremnika za doziranje (8).
5. Ispitni komplet (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da je zaporni čep (11) s mogućnošću aksijalnog pomicanja, smješten u potpunosti unutar spremnika za doziranje (8), pri čemu šupljina (9) ima malo manji unutrašnji promjer u području brtvenog dosjeda zapornog čepa (11), od onoga u području naglavka (26) koje je smješteno izvan brtvenog dosjeda.
6. Ispitni komplet (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da spremnik za doziranje (8) obuhvaća brtveni naglavak (27) u svojem brtvenom području prema otvoru za punjenje (3) spremnika za miješanje (2), pri čemu je taj naglavak injektiran na tom mjestu pomoću 2K-tehnologije injektiranja odljevaka.
7. Ispitni komplet (1) prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da su zaporna membrana (10) i brtveni naglavak (27) spojeni pomoću klina (28) koji se proteže uzduž spremnika za doziranje (8).
8. Ispitni komplet (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da spremnik za doziranje (8) obuhvaća integrirani uređaj za uzimanje uzoraka (21) na svojem kraju koji se može umetati u spremnik za miješanje (2), pri čemu je uređaj za uzimanje uzoraka u doticaju s tekućinom (5) koja se nalazi u spremniku za miješanje (2) nakon umetanja spremnika za doziranje (8) u otvor za punjenje (3).
9. Ispitni komplet (1) prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da uređaj za uzimanje uzoraka (21) obuhvaća cjevčicu (22) koja je otvorena s obje strane i čiji volumen poželjno iznosi između 5 µl i 50 µl.
10. Ispitni komplet (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da je na elementu za doziranje (8) integralno izveden element za držanje (17) koji je načinjen primjerice cilindrično ili optimalno ergometrijski, pri čemu taj element za držanje ograničava prstenasti prostor (18) i koji može biti zabrtvljen na vanjskoj strani pomoću prstenastog zaštitnog elementa (19) koji služi za zaštitu od prskanja kapljica.
11. Ispitni komplet (1) prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da prstenasti zaštitni element (19) protiv prskanja i zaporni čep (11) s mogućnošću aksijalnog pomicanja, mogu biti proizvedeni kao integralna komponenta (30) injektirana u kalupu, pri čemu su načinjeni tanki spojni klinovi (29) između prstenastog zaštitnog elementa (19) i zapornog čepa (11), koji se mogu razbiti ili odvojiti.
12. Postupak fotometrijskog mjerenja kod kojega se probna tekućina miješa s reagensom koji se nalazi u spremniku za miješanje (2) te s tekućim reagensom (13), pri čemu se tekući reagens (13) nalazi u spremniku za doziranje (8) čija je šupljina (9) zabrtvljena na jednom kraju pomoću zapornog čepa (11) s mogućnošću aksijalnog pomicanja, a na drugom kraju pomoću zaporne membrane (10), naznačen time, da postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
otvaranje spremnika za miješanje (1);
- dodavanje probne tekućine u spremnik za miješanje (2);
- umetanje spremnika za doziranje (8) u otvor za punjenje (3) spremnika za miješanje (2);
- miješanje probne tekućine s reagensom za tvorbu preliminarnog proizvoda;
- uvođenje tekućeg reagensa (13) iz spremnika za doziranje (8) u spremnik za miješanje (2), gdje se vrši pritisak na reagens (13) preko zapornog čepa (11) koji se može aksijalno pomicati, sve dok se zaporna membrana (10) koja je smještena na spremniku za doziranje (8), ne otvori probijanjem na predodređenoj točki pucanja (20) i tada izbaci mlaz reagensa (13) koji izlazi pod tlakom u spremnik za miješanje (2);
- miješanje preliminarnog proizvoda i tekućeg reagensa (13) u konačni proizvod;

14. Postupak mjerenja prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time, da se reagens nalazi u spremniku za miješanje (2) u tekućem obliku, u obliku gela, kao liofilizirani proizvod, u obliku praha ili tablete, ili u obliku zidne folije.
