Abstract
Un jarabe edulcorante que contiene glucosa, un estabilizante que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en sacáridos de DP2 a DP10, alcoholes de azúcar, monosacáridos distintos de glucosa y mezclas de los mismos y potenciador del sabor es resistente a la cristalización y tiene una viscosidad y un dulzor comparables a los de los jarabes de maíz de alta fructosa y puede utilizarse como sustituto de los jarabes de maíz de alta fructosa en alimentos y bebidas.
