Abstract

Implemento cortador hilerador para cultivos diversos, teniendo una estructura tubular (1), prácticamente en "U" echado, apoyada sobre un rodaje delantero (6A) y (6B),formando medios para montaje de todos los conjuntos del implemento, empezando por abridores (7) integrados con conjuntos cortadores verticales (8), montados en la frente de cada rodaje delantero (6A), en que los conjuntos de abridores (7) son responsables de abrir camino y separar las plantas que se segarán de aquellas carreras laterales que no son segadas o que están fuera del límite de la anchura de la máquina, mientras el corte vertical apara los ramos que eventualmente causan una barrera, aparando la planta en el sentido vertical; un conjunto recogedor y levantador (9) extendiéndose por toda la anchura del implemento entre los rodajes delanteros (6A), donde es responsable de seleccionar una cinta de plantas correspondiente a la anchura de la máquina desplazándola hacia dentro y hacia arriba, concomitantemente con la etapa de siega; un conjunto cortador (11), fluctuante, también montado a lo largo de toda extensión transversal de la máquina luego después del rodaje delantero (6A) y el conjunto recogedor/levantador (9), formando una línea de corte transversal mantenida sobre el suelo, donde las plantas cortadas son lanzadas para el conjunto de formación de gavillas (12).
