Abstract
El propósito de la presente invención es proporcionar una microaguja y una disposición de microagujas capaces de soportar no solamente un fármaco sino también un estabilizador o un espesante en grandes cantidades, y ofrecer propiedades de punción favorables. La presente invención es una microaguja para administrar un fármaco transcutáneamente, la microaguja comprende una sección de punta, una sección de árbol y una sección base; (i) el ángulo del ápice de punta (a) es de 15 a 60°; (ii) el diámetro de punta (D0) está en el intervalo de 1 a 20 µm; (iii) el área (A3) de la superficie superior de la sección base es más grande que el área (A2) de la superficie de fondo de la sección de árbol; (iv) se satisfacen las fórmulas (1) y (2) H/D4 = 3 (1) (H es la altura general, y D4 es el diámetro de la superficie de fondo de la sección base) y ß = 90 - 0.5a (2) (ß es el ángulo formado entre la superficie lateral de la sección de árbol y la superficie superior de la sección base, y a es el ángulo del ápice de punta); y (v) una composición sólida que contiene el fármaco se fija a la superficie lateral de la sección de árbol y satisface la fórmula (5) : 10° = ? = 60° (5) (? es el ángulo formado por las líneas tangentes que conectan el ápice de la sección superior y la superficie de la composición sólida fija a la superficie lateral de la sección de árbol).
