Abstract

Un método de mineralización de calcio de residuos industriales que comprende extraer los iones de calcio de una suspensión de partículas granulares ricas en calcio y nitrato amónico acuoso para formar una primera fracción rica en calcio y una segunda fracción densa. La segunda fracción densa se separa de la primera fracción y la primera fracción rica en calcio es carbonatada con un gas que comprende dióxido de carbono para formar una suspensión de carbonato de calcio precipitado y nitrato amónico acuoso. El precipitado se separa del nitrato amónico acuoso por medios centrífugos y la segunda fracción densa separada comprende un porcentaje en peso enriquecido de hierro.
